This one-hour-thirty-minute therapeutic massage uses friction, gliding strokes, and kneading, while gradually increasing pressure for a deeper treatment. Your therapist will tailor your session to target specific problem areas to help melt away tense muscles and reestablish a sense of balance within the body.
60 or 90 Min Relaxation Massage $75 or $100
During our relaxation session, you will be welcomed into a calming and nurturing environment as your therapist eases you into a relaxed state of being. Using a combination of friction, gliding strokes, and kneading we aim to increase circulation, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and melt away stored stress and tension in the body. As with all of our treatments, we will discuss any problem areas you may be experiencing and then your therapist will tailor your session to fit your individual needs.
60 Min Craniosacral Combo Massage $75
During this healing session, I will use a combination of Craniosacral and myofascial release techniques. The goal is to work with the body's natural healing modalities to assist in the release of stored tension, stress and trauma within the body. This treatment is gentle, but has profound effects on the body.
